Summary, etc | Strategy to Increase the Professionalism<br/>State<br/>Civil Apparatus<br/>in an effort<br/>to improve employee performance at the Bulungan Regent Office of North<br/>Kalimantan. This research focuses on how the strategy to increase the<br/>professionalism of<br/>State Civil Apparatus<br/>in an effort to improve employee<br/>performance<br/>at the Bulungan Regent Office of North Kalimantan through several<br/>strategies, namely the provision of training, providing work motivation and reward<br/>and punishment systems. The research method uses a type of qualitative descriptive<br/>research by collecting d<br/>ata through field research observations, interviews,<br/>documentation and literature research, the resource persons include several<br/>representatives from each section in the Bulungan Regent Office. The results of this<br/>study illustrate that the performance of e<br/>mployees at the Bulungan Regency Regent<br/>Office is quite good and in accordance with what is expected by each subdivision,<br/>it's just that sometimes they experience problems in the time of completion of work<br/>that is not on time. The implementation of trainin<br/>g, work motivation, reward and<br/>punishment systems aimed at improving employee performance. Each leader in<br/>each subdivision in the Bulungan Regent Office has their own ways to improve the<br/>performance of their employees and the existence of regular supervisi<br/>on of<br/>employee performance results in employees well mastering the tasks that have been<br/>given. The most influential strategies for improving employee performance are<br/>training and work motivation. The employee performance improvement strategy<br/>has achieved g<br/>ood results where employees can achieve targets even though there<br/>are still obstacles in the processing time which is a little late but does not affect<br/>performance. |
